Use RRU's e-PDP rating scale to help you reflect on your work performance as a staff member.

You'll apply this rating scale in the staff performance and development planning (PDP) process, which takes place regularly.

If you're a supervisor at RRU, you'll also apply the rating scale to provide feedback to your direct reports.
