Communication matters. That's the message and name of a new speaker series starting this month that will delve into topical issues in communication and culture.

Come along on June 30 to hear Royal Roads faculty members Zhenyi Li, Juana Du and Chaseten Remillard, from the School of Communication and Culture, examine timely issues for an ageing population: Intercultural Perspectives on Ageing, End of Life Care and Euthanasia.

The panel experts will speak about:

  • East Asian intergenerational perspectives on ageing and end of life care;
  • How value differences between Asian and Western societies influence perceptions of ageing;
  • How young Canadians view, discuss and question issues around euthanasia.
