A small to moderate amount of stress can help us to perform optimally during an exam or presentation. However, sometimes anxiety can build to a point where it is harmful to our focus, retention and cognitive processing. If you find that tests and exams cause you a significant amount of stress, why not join our upcoming workshop to learn some strategies on how to manage your anxiety, while also learning a few tips on effective test-taking skills.
