TeamsWork invites you to an interactive and practical encore workshop lead by University of Calgary’s Tom O’Neill - a leading expert in the areas of team dynamics, virtual teams, conflict management, personality and assessment - and his Individual Team Performance (ITP) Metrics co-creator Nicole Larson, who will outline their research and the best use of team tools designed and provided (free) by ITP Metrics.

The session will engage you with guidelines, best practices and live case discussions to support your success with implementing self/peer assessment (and other assessment tools) in your classroom.

Please bring your laptop and a copy of your current course outline(s) -  you will leave with an action plan for incorporating self/peer assessment into one of your courses!
Prior to the session, please visit the ITP Metrics site to view the assessment tools and/or create a free account to see sample reports and complete an assessment.
Last year, Tom introduced the ITP Metrics research and assessment tools (particularly self and peer assessment tools) to Royal Roads University.  Since then, several Royal Roads instructors and a variety of team coaches have experimented with the use of these tools, it is time to learn more!
This will be available on livestream. For additional information please contact Trish Dyck, Manager of Student Team Performance at
