Bring your lunch and join Patricia Galaczy for this introductory session, a precursor to our 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course starting in February*. Explore the basics of mindfulness practice and simple techniques proven to help reduce stress, regulate emotion, improve relationships, calm the body, and settle the overwhelmed mind.
