As part of RRU's Mental Health Month, Mindful Eating is an hour long interactive workshop facilitated by associate faculty member, Sarah Kinsley. Stemming from topics of interest as shown in our employee Wellness Survey results, Sarah will be discussing the importance of being mindful with your eating and what health benefits can come of it! This is a FREE class for all staff and students. It is a condensed version of a like course found in the Continuing Studies Integrated Mindfulness Certificate. The workshop is from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on October 11 in the new Sherman Jen Building, room 117. Sign-up is encouraged but not necessary. If you would like to secure a space, email Healthy U.
