Join Laura Dohan and Sarah Campbell, two RRU B.Comm grads and fellows of the Eric C. Douglass Entrepreneurship Centre, as they share their experiences working to develop small business in Mongolia in a presentation called Mongolia gold rush: Small business development in the South Gobi.

Through a partnership between RRU, the American Center for Mongolian Studies and Rio Tinto, the operator of the multi-billion dollar Oyu Tolgoi gold and copper mine in Mongolia, five RRU BCom grads travelled from convocation to Mongolia to offer coaching and assistance to up-and-coming businesses in the South Gobi. These two members of the team will offer lessons and stories from their experience, and there will be an opportunity to explore ways for RRU to build its engagement with communities and companies in Mongolia and beyond.
