A lunch 'n' learn style event, the sixth SET Presents is Tuesday, Dec. 11 from 12 to 1 p.m.

Associate Professor and School Director Dr. Tamara Leary, Director of Student Services Kyla McLeod and Manager of Student Engagement Dranna Andrews-Brown will explore:

Taking student supports and services online: Perspectives and expectations of graduate students.

In 2017, Leary, McLeod and Andrews-Brown investigated the perspectives and expectations of Royal Roads University online graduate students regarding student supports and services—what does this population look for in terms of student engagement from their institution?

By way of an online student survey and qualitative interviews, the researchers learned valuable information about online student expectations for supports and services that can inform the way we approach service design and delivery for this student population.
We welcome the opportunity to share our findings in greater detail and invite your feedback and comments.

Attend in person or via livestream.
