Time Management Workshop for Students
There are 168 hours in a week. How are you using yours?
With everything students are expected to fit into a week, it’s no wonder many of us are feeling stretched and wishing there were just a few extra hours in the day. If you are feeling overwhelmed and not sure how to fit everything in, we hope you will join our Time Management Workshop. We will walk you through some important aspects to consider as you try to manage your time effectively, and share some strategies to help you meet your academic expectations, while balancing work, life and wellness.
These workshops are offered by RRU’s Counsellors & Academic Coaches. Academic Coaching provides an opportunity for students to enhance their skills and resilience as a student. Coaches help students to identify and implement personal solutions to managing life as a student, and are able to offer concrete learning strategies for the academic challenges they are facing.
