Wednesday Group Meditation
Interested in attending a weekly group meditation break?
Studies have shown that meditating in a group is good for the mind, body and spirit.
This will be a 20 minute guided or silent meditation using an online resource.
This is not a class and I am not a meditation instructor. I have taken mindfulness classes offered by Professional and Continuing Studies and I’m working towards an Integrated Mindfulness Certificate. If you are new to meditation and would like to join us, please send me an email and we can chat about getting you started. I have personally committed to a daily practice and my desire is to provide the opportunity, and see where this journey takes us.
This will reoccur every Wednesday (and Monday's starting Sept 24th) and the location changes from week to week. I will always update Crossroads and feel free to email Linda Nelson if you wish to be placed on my email list.
