Wellness Workshop Series: Time Management in Stressful Times
This year has presented us with some unique challenges. In addition to the health concerns associated with Covid-19, the stress and uncertainty at this time can feel heavy and overwhelming. Many of us are practicing social distancing or in self-isolation, making it more important than ever to maintain a sense of community and take care of our wellness.
In order to provide some support to our student community, our Student Counsellors will host a five-week workshop series to build community, and explore strategies for developing personal, professional and academic resilience.
Each week will focus on a different area of resilience or wellness. You are welcome to join the full series or drop into one session. These sessions will be interactive with the option to share and connect with others, but participants may also just listen and observe.
These workshops will be offered via Blackboard Collaborate.
Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (PDT), facilitated by Gemma Fraser.
This session will offer:
- Effective time management strategies
- Tips on how to manage procrastination
- Strategies for developing structure and routine to promote wellness
