School of Communication and Culture Assoc. Prof. David Black, a political communications expert, was interviewed by the Times Colonists’ Dirk Meissner about the upcoming Liberal leadership election.

Black said the Liberals missed an opportunity for reflection.

Here is an excerpt:

“What I didn’t see was the quality of introspection that really ought to follow a party after losing after 16 years … The most introspective candidates are the ones who are less embedded in the B.C. Liberal organization. They are Watts and Lee.”
