Christie on tension between North Korea and the U.S.

School of Humanitarian Studies Prof. Kenneth Christie was interviewed by Pamela McCall on CFAX Radio about the escalating political and military situation between North Korea and the United States.

"It’s pretty tense. The North Korean peninsula is probably the world’s biggest hotspot at the moment," says Christie. "A senior North Korean official has accused the U.S. of creating a dangerous situation in which a thermal nuclear war could break out at any second."
