School of Humanitarian Studies Prof. Kenneth Christie was interviewed by Adam Stirling on CFAX 1070 about the United States’ approach to dealing with ISIS.
Here is an excerpt:
“I think Obama has taken the right strategy—he is being realistic about the whole war on terrorism,” says Christie. “There has been some success against ISIS in the battlefield, if you can call it the battlefield. There have been thousands of strikes against ISIS. They’ve degraded their capability, degraded some of their infrastructure, they’ve taken back a couple of key towns. The problem is, what will be the result of that success?”
