School of Tourism and Hospitality Management assistant professor Theresa Mackay was interviewed by BBC Scotland about her research on women innkeepers across the Scottish Highlands and Islands in the 18th and 19th centuries. Mackay won the Leah Leneman Essay Prize from Women’s History Scotland for her research.
