In advance of the Women in Leadership event at Royal Roads, School of Communication and Culture Director Jennifer Walinga discusses the challenges women face in organizations and the importance of the feminine model of leadership.
"Women can be their own worst enemy," Walinga tells host Terry Moore. "A lot of the expectations women have of other women can put women into a box in the same way that discrimination can come from men. It comes from everyone ... a collective culture that we create as a society. ... It's something that we've all bought into in terms of control and bias."
