Academic Schedule May 1 - August 31
On March 17 at 9 am, the academic schedule will be published in EMS Campus for all academic courses requiring space from May 1 – August 31, 2015. In addition, staff will have access to the online request forms to request additional space needs during this period.
Reservations can be accessed under View My Requests.
Program staff: To assist you with the transition to the new course-based academic schedule, important training sessions are being provided to academic program areas on March 18 and 19 to review the changes. If you have not yet signed up for one, please do so by emailing AcademicScheduling@royalroads.ca
Classroom Set Ups: When requesting a change to your existing classroom set up, please be mindful of the time required for the production team to make the necessary changes. This will impact the start time of your scheduled class, as there is no ‘set up time’ included in your academic reservation.
