CCWI welcomes new associate faculty member
The Centre for Coaching and Workplace Innovation welcomes Lily Seto as assocate faculty in the Advanced Coaching Practices Graduate Certificate Program. Lily will be co-teaching the Intercultural Competence and Global Coaching course launching this September.
Lily is a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) who specializes in hosting conversations for change, is one of three credentialed coaching supervisors in Canada and is the current president of the Vancouver Island chapter of the International Coach Federation. Lily was most recently the coaching strategist in the B.C. government, responsible for the design and implementation of their internal coaching program. This included the hiring and training of 19 internal coaches, curriculum design and delivery, and co-leading the first ever BC Public Servants' Coaching Summit.
Lily has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from RRU. She is also a certified Fierce Conversations facilitator and is certified/qualified in Myers-Briggs Type, Lumina Sparks, Cultural Orientations Framework, and is about to complete a second master's degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding University in Santa Barbara. We're delighted to welcome Lily to our scholar-practitioner team.
