The Centre for Coaching and Workplace Innovation welcomes Carol Gabanna, PCC as associate faculty in the Advanced Coaching Practices Graduate Certificate Program. Carol will be co-teaching (with Bruce McLeod) the Creating Coaching Cultures course launching this September.

Carol brings thirty years in the public, not for profit and private sectors as employee, manager, CEO, senior executive and consultant, including twenty years in the health system. She now works as a management and governance consultant and executive coach with HR Atlantic, a human resource consulting firm in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

Carol’s coaching practice is focused on managers and board leaders. She works with organizations to design and implement performance management systems, including training managers in performance management and communication skills. Carol has a deep interest that boards work better - that board members’ time and wisdom is used well, that organizations are governed well and that boards and CEOs are accountable. She consults with boards and CEOS to teach them the Policy Governance® model and coach them in using it. She is co-author of The OnTarget Board Member: 8 Indisputable Behaviours, which is in its third printing.

We're delighted to welcome Carol to our scholar-practitioner team.
