It is with great pleasure that we announce Dr. Charles Krusekopf is assuming the role of program head for the Master of Business Administration in Executive Management.

Charles joined Royal Roads University as a faculty member in 2004 and has worked in both the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences. He has served in multiple leadership roles including as director of the School of Business and faculty representative on the Board of Governors. Most recently, in the 2017/18 academic year, Charles was a visiting professor at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) in Austria, where he taught multiple courses and supported the development of a blended learning dual degree program between the Royal Roads Master of Global Management (MGM) program and the MCI Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business. He led efforts to expand opportunities for student exchanges and cooperative learning with MCI and other European partner universities.

Under Charles’ leadership and creativity, we have no doubt that there will be numerous exciting developments and growth in the MBA program.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the MBA program team for all their hard work in leading the program and to our dean, Dr. Bill Holmes, who had assumed acting Program Head duties prior to Charles’ appointment.
