The Centre for Teaching and Educational Technologies (CTET) is pleased to announce that, in April, we will be launching a year-long project highlighting our favorite Moodle activities. Every two months from April 2018 to February 2019, we will feature one Moodle activity and promote it through various channels, such as Crossroads, school meetings, workshops, CTET Studio events and more. The goal is to inspire RRU core and associate faculty to build on innovative teaching practices by expanding the adoption, knowledge and usage of Moodle.

Before the project launches in April, however, we need to give it a name! This is where you come in. We are running a just-for-fun naming competition to find the perfect name for this project. The contributor of the winning name will win a $25 gift card to Habitat (plus year-long gloating rights!).

To inspire you, here are some names that have already been suggested:

  • Moodle to the Max
  • Moodle Squared
  • Moodle of the Month

Do you have a great idea of a name to suggest? Submit your ideas via this Google form by 11:55pm on March 15, 2018. You can submit as many great names for the project as you think of! The winning name will be decided by a panel of judges, with a special announcement of the winning name on March 20, 2018. Please note this competition is open to RRU core faculty, associate faculty and staff only.
