Congratulations Natasha Dilay
We are pleased to announce that Natasha Dilay has been promoted into the new role of Manager, Work Integrated Learning. Natasha joined RRU as our Employer Liaison in 2012. Since that time, she (along with some wonderful colleagues) helped design and develop the services of Work Integrated Learning which support the internship and practicum experience of many of our programs. She has been successful in engaging employers from variety of industries to work with our students on a variety of different levels. She has also assisted in several other internship and career related iniativies, including the development of an institutional guideline for internships and practicums at RRU, and the very successful Career Development Day. In her new role, Natasha will continue to be the primary point of contact for all employers, but will also oversee the Work Integrated Learning Advisors. She will also continue to work closely with Chris Brown in Career Enhancement Services, as well as with other services and program staff in support of student academic success.
