Continuing Studies welcomes Tracey Peever

Tess Wixted

Introducing our newest Continuing Studies team member, Tracey Peever, who will be filling Stephanie Kosty’s mat leave over the next year.

Tracey holds a master’s degree in human systems intervention from Concordia where she studied adult learning models, small group development and collaboration, systems thinking and process consultation. Her professional range moves from assessment and analysis to contract and design work through to organizational change and group learning. Tracey continued her studies as a coach and facilitator acquiring an acute awareness of the necessity for balance between theory (academics) and practice (on the ground work with clients in business).

Our experience of Tracey (from the moment we met in the interview to this week when she started with us at RRU), is one of mindful professionalism, grounded intelligence and an authentic desire to contribute meaningfully to the innovative and collaborative non-credit learning we have the privilege of offering to individuals, businesses, governments, organizations and communities.

Steph will be here with us for a few more weeks yet to help deliver courses and consult, although she is preparing for a most spectacular delivery of her own quite soon. We wish her the best and look forward to working with her again in 2015. If you are in the Grant, please stop by Room 125 and say hello to Tracey!
