Join acclaimed Ojibway author, journalist and storyteller Richard Wagamese for StoryWalk, a three day writer’s retreat that focuses on learning spontaneous, oral storytelling and then transferring that skill to the printed page. Learn to tell fluid oral stories, understand the principles of oral storytelling, generate spontaneous narrative ideas, conquer writer’s block, build story maps, write free-flowing prose and discover that writing is not a struggle. Richard uses ceremony and ritual to help empower students to access their own creative channel at will.
