CTET welcomes Nadia Kulikova

Nadia is excited to join the Royal Roads community as a casual Instructional Designer in CTET. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy and an MA in Linguistics from the University of Utah and a Specialist degree in Philology and Teaching Foreign Languages from Samara State Pedagogical University (Russia). Her additional credentials include the TESOL certificate and the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Facilitator certificate. Nadia has held various academic and administrative positions in universities in Russia, Canada and the US. She has been involved in designing, teaching and facilitating various online, blended and in person courses and workshops for students, faculty and staff. Her journey as an online educator started in 2006, and she has been fascinated by the richness of online learning opportunities ever since. Nadia hopes to bring to the CTET team her commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, a vast number of skills related to educational technologies and instructional design, and her unique and extensive international academic and professional experiences.
