Dewar publishes How to Forgive your Boss
With twenty years of experience teaching and coaching employees and executives in team development, Dr. Tammy Dewar has seen her fair share of dysfunctional workplaces. Her new book guides readers on a path to improve their workplace relationships. Dewar has created a practical how-to book that presents a unique approach to answering a rather difficult question: how can you forgive your boss?
While even considering the notion of forgiveness may seem impossible to some, Dr. Dewar's How to Forgive Your Boss: Or Anyone Who Has Done You Wrong shows that change is possible. As someone who has first-hand experience with unhealthy work relationships, and as a self-described “recovering festerer,” Dr. Dewar understands the importance of resolving workplace problems. This book offers a lively and extremely helpful toolkit for anyone facing a bad boss or negative, counterproductive thinking inside or outside the office. Using some of the simple and practical techniques she offers her clients, Dr. Dewar helps readers deal with and let go of the heavy baggage they take home from work everyday.
