Finding joy amid cancer diagnosis

School of Communication and Culture Associate Faculty member Tasha Diamant was interviewed by the Times Colonist’s Adrian Chamberlain about her recent cancer diagnosis. Through all of her treatment and uncertainty, Diamant has been able to find happiness.

“I am the happiest person in the universe, I feel like,” says Diamant. “I am so grateful to be alive. Just to come home to my family and be alive. It’s been a transformative experience for me.”
