The School of Environment and Sustainability is pleased to announce that Dr. Hilary Leighton will be joining our School’s Faculty as Acting Program Head for the Master of Arts in Environmental Education and Communication (MAEEC) for approximately six months starting on Jan. 3, 2017. Hilary will be replacing Dr. Rick Kool who will be on a research leave for that period. Hilary has long had a deep connection with the MAEEC program, having taught in the program and having supervised many student theses. Currently Hilary is director of Individualized Studies with the College of Interdisciplinary Studies. She will temporarily step away from that position while heading up the MAEEC program.
