Leader bullying through a different lens

Eileen Piggot-Irvine has a new paper out in Sage Open (doi: 10.1177/2158244015589786) that looks at bullying by leaders as a set of defensive values and strategies.

Two case studies of leaders in public service organizations are used initially to highlight the strategies, but the emphasis in the paper is on the introduction of the holistic evidence-based learning (HEBL) model that shows how fostering a broader ‘learning organization’ culture can overcome such bullying.
