MacLeod joins ICF's Coach Training Board
ICF Forward Initiative creates ICF Coach Training Family Organization
2020 marks the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) 25th anniversary as the global organization for coaches and coaching. ICF is celebrating this milestone anniversary by unveiling an expanded organizational structure and leadership team.
“We will achieve ICF’s vision through the work of six unique family organizations. Each organization has a dedicated board and resources to move its work forward. As an ICF coach training provider, you will benefit from the work of one of our new family organizations: ICF Coach Training.
ICF Coach Training develops and manages ICF’s training accreditation program, which provides coach training programs like yours with a platform for the development of best practices, as well as offers coach training providers and their leadership with an opportunity to network and exchange ideas and best practices.
The initial ICF Coach Training Global Board consists of four directors who were selected by a nominating task force. They are:
- Micki McMillan, MCC (USA), Chair
- Zoe MacLeod, ACC (Canada), Vice Chair
- Andre Keil, ACC (USA), Secretary/Treasurer
- Jaya Bhateja, MCC (India), Director
ICF Coach Training’s vice president—the organization’s chief staff officer—is Lucas M. Davis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP. Luke is a seasoned executive leader with experience in higher education administration, program development, leadership development and oversight and talent and culture management.
