Remember that new year's resolution to be more in the moment, more present, to find out more about all this mindfulness stuff you've been hearing about? Continuing Studies has just the course for you!

Join Patricia Galaczy on Feb. 6 for Mindfulness at Work, a day of mindful exploration and all that it encompasses. Mindfulness – our capacity to pay attention, moment-to-moment, on purpose - offers one of the most powerful tools for living an engaged, authentic and meaningful life. Skilfully navigating difficult conversations, competing priorities, tight deadlines, important decisions, chaotic environments, essential relationships and everyday stresses requires clarity, compassion and insight. Mindfulness can help cultivate these innate resources, reminding us of our own basic goodness and wisdom, while developing the attention and awareness necessary to lead ourselves and others at home and at work. If this workshop isn't your cup of tea, please pass along the information to a family member, friend or colleague with our gratitude!
