Mindfulness, the simple act of being fully present, offers one of the most powerful tools for cultivating and sustaining a healthy mind. So how can we bring that full awareness into our everyday lives?

Join us for Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Staying Grounded in Stressful Times with Continuing Studies' facilitator, Patricia Galaczy, as we offer an overview of the mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, explore the basics of mindfulness practice, and introduce simple techniques proven to help reduce stress, regulate emotion, improve relationships, calm the body, and settle the overwhelmed mind. Find out more about the MBSR program coming up in February.
