Applied Interdisciplinarity in Scholar Practitioner Programs photo exhibit featuring book in centre

The Library is pleased to host the Applied Interdisciplinarity in Scholar Practitioner Programs photo exhibit in Showcase, the Library’s space for promoting Royal Roads' innovative, applicable and real-world research. The exhibit is on display now until mid-April 2018.

Drawing on the book Applied Interdisciplinarity in Scholar Practitioner Programs by Siomonn Pulla, Associate Professor and Program Head, and Professor Bernard Schissel, the exhibit features the experiences of first eight graduates of the Doctor of Social Sciences program at Royal Roads. Each graduate chose one photo and one excerpt from their chapter for the exhibit, offering a unique window into their process of integrating applied research in the workplace to address real-world issues.

In addition, videos further highlighting research from several of the eight graduates are available for viewing in the Showcase screening room.

If you have research you would like to promote through Showcase, please contact Devina Dandar, scholarly communications librarian, to discuss what Showcase can do for you and your work.
