P&CS welcomes Melanie Molloy

We are thrilled to announce that Melanie Molloy has accepted the permanent role of learning and development advisor (LDA) for domestic contract training with the Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) department at Royal Roads. Melanie is no stranger to this work, having joined PCS as a program associate in September 2016 before moving to the acting LDA role in January 2017. Prior to joining PCS, Melanie worked in the Faculty of Managment as one of the exam coordinators, organizing all the logistics and details associated with on- and off-campus final course exams for students in a variety of programs.

Before relocating to Victoria in October 2015, Melanie worked at SAIT in Calgary as a program administrator in the business school's corporate training programs. She also brings post-secondary experience from Bow Valley College and McEwan University, as well as a variety of experiences in other industry sectors. Melanie is highly focused on relationship management and exceptional customer service, and is already forming strong relationships with our current client organizations.

When not at Royal Roads, Melanie enjoys travel, music, cycling and is a strong advocate for local issues such as affordable rental housing. You can find Melanie in the Boathouse or at extension 4841- come and say hello!
