Planned network service outage - March 8
TELUS will be performing maintenance on equipment serving our main data connection to the internet on March 8, 2017 between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. In that time, our connection could be down for up to 1 hour.
Note that this will affect RRU’s connectivity to/from the outside world during the outage.
Telephone services should not be impacted, but the following services will be:
- External access to RRU web sites, applications, Moodle, remote desktop, VPN and email services
- External sites will not be accessible from within RRU
Email to/from RRU will be delayed during the outage, and on-campus access to RRU web sites/applications/services will remain unaffected.
