Project explores tools to support teamwork

The 2015-2016 Teaching with Technology projects have been focused on applying technology to team-based learning at Royal Roads. Jo Axe and Elizabeth Childs, both from the School of Education and Technology (SET), have led one of the projects, Onboarding and community building: Using technology to enhance learner experience.

This project explores a variety of tools to support engagement and teamwork for “The Link”, SET’s program orientation site. The process involves evaluating possible tools, selecting appropriate ones, piloting them, and analyzing the learner experience of each.

Please mark your calendars, and join project researchers Jo Axe, Elizabeth Childs, and BJ Eib, at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 22nd for the Teaching with Technology Showcasetaking place both in the Quarterdeck and online.
