TeamsWork is pleased to invite you to a presentation and discussion on four Team Tools designed and provided (free) by ITP Metrics on Jan. 12. Tom O’Neill, researcher and assistant professor at the University of Calgary, will share the work he and his team are doing in the Individual and Team Performance lab to further research in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) psychology. Specifically, he will focus the session on creating value in student learning teams. His dissertation (2011 University of Western Ontario) title: “An Integrative Model of Conflict and Conflict Management in Organizational Work Teams.”

Please join us to learn about the tools that may benefit your work with student teams, and team assignments in your courses and programs.

You may wish to check out some of their assessment tools prior to the January 12 discussion.  You can either view sample reports from the assessments or create an account and actually complete an assessment.
