SET Presents: Pamela Richardson

Join us on Thursday, May 17 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Centre for Dialogue for a presentation by Dr. Pamela Richardson, Program Head of the MA in Educational Leadership and Management:

Slowing, feeling, being and leaving: On not losing your mind and heart as a poet-academic.

How do we excavate our deeper selves from beneath the structures and demands of our academic work lives? How do we find the poetic beneath and amidst the frantic?

Join us for an exploration on how we might begin to transform our relationship with what matters towards greater vitality, creativity and wellbeing. In this living and poetic inquiry, we will attend to what arises through slowness, and to deeper cycles of thought, feeling, and being. This kind of awareness is medicine for the mind and an invitation for the soul.

If you are not able to attend in person, please join us via livestream.
