That's a wrap!

Jean Macgregor

We asked the community of ex-cadets, alumni, staff, faculty and neighbours to help us celebrate this anniversary year by sharing their life-changing Royal Roads stories – and they delivered!

We heard from people who grew up on the grounds of Hatley Park, from retired naval officers whose careers started right here on the parade grounds (now P3), from alumni whose transformative educational journeys took them places they never dreamed of, and from former and current staff and faculty who hold dear their time at Royal Roads.

The Changing Lives Story Project wrapped up with a randomly selected prize draw of Royal Roads souvenirs. Kimberley Aselstine was the lucky winner. Congratulations, Kimberly!

If you didn’t have a chance to read all of the stories, they’re still available for your reading pleasure.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the story project.
