Volunteers needed: Awards Adjudication Panel


If you are an FSAS or FOM staff member and would like to be an alternate member of the Awards Adjudication Panel, please email me, Gwen Campden, Manager Financial Aid & Awards, with your interest by October 28th.  I'm happy to chat with anyone who has questions and ask that you "ok" it with your supervisor before making a commitment. 

This panel comprises a faculty member and a staff member from FSAS, FOM and CIS, and a student member. It is responsible for selecting recipients for Royal Roads' Entrance and In-Course Awards competitions. The panel meets four times a year in the middle of February, May, August and November. New members report about 10 hours of work for the first competition but the review phase speeds up once they get a feel for it. It's not often positions open up so if you've had your eye on joining this wonderful team, now's the time!
