Weekly group meditation
Is anyone interested in attending a weekly group meditation break?
Studies have shown that meditating in a group is good for our mind, body and spirit.
Join me in a 20 minute guided or silent meditation using an online resource.
This is not a class and I am not a meditation instructor. I have taken mindfulness classes offered by Professional and Continuing Studies and I’m working towards an Integrated Mindfulness Certificate. I have personally committed to a daily practice and my desire is to provide the opportunity, and see where this journey takes us.
We will meet in the Grant Quarterdeck Chapel each Wednesday from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. and will begin meditating at 12:20 p.m. at which time the Chapel door will be closed. If I have to change locations and you aren't on my email list I will post a notice on the chapel door with the new location.
