What's new at Habitat Cafe?
After four years with Habitat as chef and outlet manager, Aaron Miller has taken on a new position with The Truffles Group as financial analyst. His last day at Habitat will be in early April after he has completed onboarding with his replacement Bryan Jacobsen. Bryan joins Habitat as executive chef and is Red Seal trained with experience in both independent restaurant operations as well as 10 years with Fairmont Hotels. We wish both great success in their new positions.
Check out the new iced drink machine at the cafe. With three flavour to choose from including Cappuccino, French Vanilla and Caffeinated Mocha, there is something for everyone! New flavours will be introduced throughout the spring and summer months.
