Studies have shown that meditating in a group is good for the mind, body and spirit.  Step away from your desk and join us for a 20 minute guided or silent meditation.

This will reoccur every Monday (and Wednesday) and the location changes from week to week. I will update Crossroads weekly and feel free to email me Linda Nelson if you wish to be placed on my email list for a calendar reminder.

This is not a class and I am not a meditation instructor. I am taking mindfulness courses offered by Professional and Continuing Studies and working towards an Integrated Mindfulness Certificate.

Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is necessary. If you are new to meditation and would like to join us, please send me an email and we can chat about getting you started. My desire is to provide the opportunity, and see where this journey takes us.
