We meet every Monday and Wednesday, typically in HC 121, however the room sometimes changes. I will update Crossroads weekly. Feel free to email Linda Nelson if you wish to be placed on my distribution list for a calendar reminder.
This is not a class and I am not a meditation instructor. I am taking mindfulness courses offered by Professional and Continuing Studies and working towards an Integrated Mindfulness Certificate.
Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is necessary. If you are new to meditation and would like to join us, please send me an email and we can chat about getting you started. My desire is to hold the space and see where this journey takes us.
